Girls Empowerment Mission-Ghana (GEM-Ghana), a non-profit organization based in Tamale in Ghana’s Northern Region, reports the absence of any form of Career Guidance Programme in schools throughout the region.
According to them, their findings prompted GEM-GHANA to develop a comprehensive CGP that will be fully implemented in schools beginning in January 2023 for the 2023/2024 academic year.
GEM-Ghana advocates for a comprehensive CGP in all schools across the country in the recommendations.
